Very helpful staff and incredible location close to train station, everything was really good. The food was gorgeous, excellent service. Location: the hotel was short walk to all the cruise ships, and senate square and all. Ate at Farang, it's within a close distance from the venue.

for the price the services have not been as they should be. Breakfast was very disappointing, with no choice in food, the bathroom could be also better. For 128€ a night, this is a very expensive hotel.

I liked the location - in the center of Helsinki. Liked having fully equiped kitchen, cosy and comfortable room.

The location of this hotel is excellent, as it is close to the heart of the city while being situated on a quiet street. It is within walking distance to trams and the city center, making it a perfect base for exploring. The rooms are quite spacious and even come with a kitchen, allowing guests to prepare meals if they wish. Additionally, the hotel offers breakfast in a nice little café opposite the house, which is a great added bonus. Considering all this, the value for money is excellent, with a rate of EUR 95 per night that even includes a 10% discount at the café.
No issues to report, everything was okay.

I have stayed in different hotels making reservation through your company, I did not like anything in this hotel, actually this is not hotel, the reception are working until 18;00 and in the weekend it is close so if any customer come to the hotel it will be very difficult to let him getting in on time.
